Some people see him, and would never guess where he is from. For some, he might be Latin, for others Arab, or even European, but the truth is that Jose is from Mexico City. Jose started cooking back in Mexico but his thirst for challenges took him to Europe, where he has delighted a wide array of multicultural clients and where he also currently organizes culinary events for different types of customers. In 2007, as a consequence of not having enough money to go to restaurants on a daily basis, and tired from the same dishes, Jose committed himself to improve his cooking skills and started experimenting in the kitchen. Jose, set himself the challenge of creating amazingly tasty meals by playing with the contrasts and similarities of different types of cuisines, instead of spending a fortune in fancy restaurants. To make sure he succeeded in his commitment he offered his help in the kitchen at different restaurants. The knowledge he got from his chef colleagues back there, helped him not only to develop and improve his cooking skills but also to enhance his culinary vision and repertoire. Jose, or Beppino, like his Italian family and friends affectionately call him, considers himself a dreamer, as most of the people visiting this site. Beppino is now in the process of certifying himself as a haute-cuisine chef with another goal in mind: becoming a renowned chef to inspire people to nurture their body and souls with easy, affordable yet nutritious recipes. Beppino's dishes are synonymous of excellence, quality and love.
