Hi everybody! Day 5 is almost finished and I am in a very good shape! I sleep better at night, I wake up with less difficulties and I do not feel exhausted during the day.
Actually, the drastic change concerns my hunger: I am no longer craving for food all the time, I feel satisfied after eating and I have less sweet cravings!
Today we ate a spring curry. We found the recipe in Marie Laforêt’s book “Healthy vegan” and this is the best dish we’ve made from this book! It was really tasty! You can find the recipe here (which I changed a bit to adapt to our taste).
We’ve tried several recipes from this book and we are quite satisfied. We’ll do a more complete review soon.
