- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 300g arugula salad
- 200g cherry tomatoes
- 100g walnuts
- 400g goat cheese
- Clean the vegetables, or disinfect them if needed, according to your region.
- In the meantime prepare the dressing and/or cut the cheese
- For the dressing:
- In a soup bowl, mix the liquid ingredients (honey, mustard, olive oil, vinegar) until they become thick
- Cut the nuts in cross to get 4 pieces of each of them. Add them to the mixture you did before
- Now strain your veggies and cut them
- Once you are done cutting them, mix them with your bare hands, trying to combine well the arugula with the tomatoes
- Add the cheese and mix it well
- Lastly, add the dressing to your salad
Walnuts are one of nature’s wonders. They are full of omega-3, fibre, protein and vitamin E. They are also rich in minerals and different vitamins. Make sure you eat a bunch of them in order to benefit from their many nutrients. By consuming them often, you will be giving your body the tools it needs to be in optimum health!
